He is survived by: his wife Suzanna Zurita Perez; his children, Jennifer Arquitola (James), PJ Perez (Angie) and Conrad Perez; his mother-in-law Antonia Zurita; his siblings, Juan Perez and Gloria Jean Southwell (Larry Preston); and his grandchildren, Josiah Arquitola, Janniah Arquitola, Genesis Arquitola, Michael Perez, Aaron Perez, Nalani Perez and Noah Perez. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
