It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther B. Mota of Port Isabel, Texas, who passed away on February 10, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Bernardo Mota, Sr.; and her father Secundino Buendia. She is survived by: her children, Bernie Jr., Ema, Carmen, Gloria and Eva; her grandchildren, Jesse, Jr., Belinda, Romolo, Jennifer, Michael, Irene, Bernie III, Michelle, Javier, Yevette, Cynthia and Aileen; and her siblings, Lorenzo Buendia, Hermina Jasso and Elvira Lopez. She is also survived by 35 great grandchildren and 17 great-great grandchildren.
All individuals are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines by socially distancing a minimum space of 6 feet apart and face covers or masks are recommended.
