He is survived by: his wife Maria Beatriz Delgado; his children, Ramon Carlos Delgado (Rosa), Enrique Delgado Jr (Mariana) and Melinda Belen Delgado; his grandchildren, Enrique Cesar Delgado III, Mariana Daniela Delgado and Carlos Angel Delgado; and his siblings, Lillie D. Floyd (Joe), Ramiro Tito Delgado (Carmen), Danny Delgado (Diana), Jose Lino Delgado, Jesse Delgado (Ana), Ray Delgado (Lupita), Roger Delgado (Lucy), Alicia Montelongo (Tommy), Rosa Cantu (Merced) and Rocky I of Rocky. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
