She was predeceased by: her son Benito Soto Jr.; her husbands, Benito Soto Sr. and Jose Martinez; her granddaughter Monica Soto; and her parents, Trine La and Augustina Chapa De La.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Grace Rodriguez, Richard Soto (Olga) and Joe Alex Soto; her daughter-in-law Rachel Soto; and her siblings, Ciro De La Garza and Mary Lou Kramer. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; as well as 1 nephew.
