He was predeceased by: his wife Enriqueta Garza Gonzalez; his grandchildren, Abraham Martinez and Criselda Alamo; and his son-in-law Ramiro Martinez. He is survived by: his children, Rosalinda Gonzalez (Abel), Alfonso Gonzalez, Hermelinda Martinez, Enriqueta Alamo (Antonio), Enedina Alamo (Gerardo) and Sulema Everding (Lenny). He is also survived by 42 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
