He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera Beatrice Richards and George Elmer Gibson, Sr.; and his sister Patricia Osburn. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jo Gibson; his children, Kat Collins (Steven) of Titusville, Florida and George Gibson (Jewels) of Port Bolivar; his grandchildren, Ronnie, Jacquelyne, Ashley, Sarah and Tylor; his brother George Gibson (Dena) of League City; and his nephews, Chad and Cody Gibson.
