She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Crawford and Ottice Crawford; her son James Ronald Hornbeck; and her brother Dearld Crawford. She is survived by: her husband James R Hornbeck; her daughters, Barbara Lee (Larry Lee), Patty Alexander (Steve Alexander) and Linda Dolfi (Mike Dolfi); her sister Shelia Sue Crawford; her grandchildren, Kelsi Sullivan, Colton Wegner, Kierstyn, Carson Lee, Matthew Thibodeaux, Jamie Kosler, Chase and Cali Dolfi; and her caregivers, Janet Stinson, Brandi Turner, Charmaine Clowers, Melinda Garland, Evelyn Guidry-McCagg, Donna Wichkoski, Kierstyn Lee and Jamie Kosler. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
