He was predeceased by: his wife Hilda Segura. He is survived by: his daughter Ellie Tovar (Tim Arthur); his grandsons, Lawrence Tovar (Shadia Al-Shafea) and Jon Tovar; his sister Ferrylynn Arnold; his adoptive children, Armando and Letty Tovar; and also Odilon Tovar. He is also survived by children; and numerous nieces and nephews and other family members.
