He is survived by: his wife Gloria Sievers; his children, Donna Werner-Wichkoski (Billie), Brenda Scogin (Mike Warfield), Dennis Sievers and Dale Sievers, Jr.; his grandchildren, Lyle Bouse, Jr., Keith Bouse, Trey Werner, Travis Sievers, Holden Sievers, Lauren O'Neal and Chesney Gibson; his great grandchildren, Colton Bouse, Caleb Bouse, Cassidy Bouse, Leighton Gibson, Chance Griffin, Cheyanne Bouse, Wyatt Sievers, Kenslee Bouse, Luke Werner, Hannah Werner and Holly Werner; and his brother George Sievers. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
