He was predeceased by: his parents, Estern Emory Guy and Ezalty Elizabeth Pain Guy; and his brothers, John Michael Guy, Daniel Wayne Guy and Jimmy Rayford Guy (Rebecca Guy).
He is survived by: his children, Evelyn Stelly (Patrick) of Port Arthur, Lorrie Guy of Houston and Scott Guy of Port Arthur; his grandchildren, Michael Wisenbaker, Eric Wisenbaker, Lorren Guy, Ricky Guy and Wade Guy; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Brooke and Bradley; and his siblings, Linda Moore (Johnny) of Orange, Richard Guy (Vicky) of Georgetown, Stephen Guy (Melinda) of Port Arthur, David Guy (Darnell) of Lumberton and Timothy Guy (Marilyn) of Groves. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces.
