He was predeceased by: his mother Luella Marie Phillips-Francois; and his siblings, Dorothy Francois, George Michael Francois, Marlin Wayne Francois and Haywood James Phillips.
He is survived by: his father Lloyd Francois Sr. (Betty); his wife Vi'Joycelynn -Francois of Washington; his children, JaQuan Francois, Dwight Lewis and Sparkle Mitchell; his grandchildren, Jason Henderson, Quddus Young and Enjure Buchanan; and his siblings, Kim Spikes (Harvey), Catina Newman (Curtis), Emily Francois, Karliss Francois, Renada Harris (Kevin), Amber Roy, Lloyd Francois Jr. (Tammy), Thomas Francois, Samuel Francois, Kody Francois, Brian Roy Sr. (Crystal) and Corey Roy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
