He was predeceased by: his parents, Genie Bell Bolton and James Thurman Bolton; his former wife Sherry Lewis; and his sister Karen Grant (late Sherry Bolton). He is survived by: his wife Susan Hooton; his children, Jason Bolton (LeAnne Bolton), Laura Sepulveda (Carlos Sepulveda, Jr.) and Andrea Ramirez; and his grandsons, Caden, Connor Bolton, Carlos, Mateo Sepulveda, Levi, Lincoln Ramirez, Michael and Cameron Lewis. He is also survived by many cousins, friends.
