He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Guidry and Agnes Guidry; his siblings, Thomas Guidry, John Guidry, Buella Morris, Beatrice Andrus and Zara Broussard; his son-in-law Frank Minard; his siblings-in-law, Horace Minnard (Slim), Ophilas Minnard and Gracie Mae Minnard; his nieces, Ophila Shaw and Louanna Pitre; and also, Ophilas Minnard and Elotile Minnard.
He is survived by: his wife Malinie Guidry of Port Arthur; his children, Warren Guidry Jr (Patricia) of Killeen, Pastor Eric Guidry (Yolanda) of Killeen, Donald Guidry (Andrea) of Killeen, Carolyn Lindon (Michael) of Baytown, Christella Bailey of Port Arthur, Mary Anderson of Houston, Agnes Minard of Katy, Ella Castille (Phillip) of Groves, Barbara Bryant (Eugene), Roxanne Guidry and Kathleen George (Charles) of Groves; his sisters, Bessie Daniels (Willard) of Houston, Mildred Jackson of Houston and Laura Horton of Houston; and his sisters-in-law, Adele Minnard of Lafeyette and Gwen Guidry of Dallas.
