She is survived by: her daughter Quan Ned (Shawn); her stepdaughter Marie Troy; and her siblings, Vernell Windon of Roshoundra Ned, Joseph Ned, Jr. (Christe) and Nathan Hawkins (Tiffiney). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and close friends.
