With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virgie Eileen Collins Powell of Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away on May 25, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lois Collins and Juanita Collins; her husband Wright Patman Powell; and her children, Charles Powell (Phyllis Powell) and Patricia Powell. She was also cherished by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
