She is survived by: her husband Mark Phillips of Port Arthur; her children, Richard Bagley of Groves, Lisa Dennis (Donny) of Nederland and Bridget Ramirez of Port Arthur; her grandchildren, Celeste Melancon, Sabrina Melancon, Katie Melancon, Rodger East and Caden Bagley; and her siblings, Diane Bashan of Groves and Jesse Anderson (Rachel True). She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
