She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Jacobs Sr. and Billie Jean Jacobs; her children, Shelinda Jacobs and Jordan Campbell; and her sisters, Shirley F. Kennerson and Kathleen Curtis.

She is survived by: her brothers, Elbert Jacobs Jr., Michael Ray Jacobs and Anthony Jacobs. She is also survived by three Aunts and two Uncles. And a host of other relatives and friends.
