He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Tade and Robert Tade. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Tade of Nederland; and his children, Emily Jean Tade Hensley of Manvel, Erin Jessica Tade of New Orleans, Louisiana and Ethan Jacob Tade of Nederland.
