With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa Gomez Garcia of Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away on August 16, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rafael Gomez and Juana Zavala; her siblings, Raul Francisco, Zenaida and Elias; and her son Javier Garcia.

She is survived by: her children, Yolanda Chavez, Beatriz Sanchez, Luis Garcia, Lucina Garcia, Estela Garcia Franco, Maria Elena Sanchez, Antonio Garcia Gomez and Horacio Garcia. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
