She is survived by: her daughter Linda Rose Hoofnagle (Tom) of Klein; her stepson Gregory David Reyna, Jr.; her wife Linda of Houston; her grandchildren, Jerome Hoofnagle (Kristi) of Houston, David Hoofnagle of Los Angeles, Jennifer Hoofnagle of New York City, Kurt Reyna of Houston and Bryan Reyna of Astoria; her great grandchildren, Emma Rose and Jake Gregory Reyna; her sister Carmen Leon (Arthur) of Port Arthur; and her brother-in-law Jesse Montalvo of Port Arthur. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, family request donations to be made to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in memory of Cokey.
