It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheldon A. Zeno of Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away on March 13, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Sheldon may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlene Sapp Zeno Ashford and Ramon Zeno; his sister Linda Ashford; his nephews, John Flucas and Cleveland Walker; and his niece Natalie Walker.
He is survived by: his children, Sheldon Zeno Jr. (Burnadet) of Houston, Texas and La'Shara Zeno-Strowder (Ronald) of Killeen; his grandchildren, Rylee and Ronald Strowder of Killeen, Texas; and his siblings, Milfred Zeno (Sandra), Leonard Ashford (Rebecca) of Georgia and Vallire Walker (Kevin) of Port Arthur, Texas..
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel (3800 Memorial Blvd, Port Arthur, TX 77642).
