He was predeceased by: his brother Anthony Francois. He is survived by: his wife Marla; his daughters, Shannon and Brittani; his parents, Rufus and Pecolia Francois Sr.; his grandchildren, Kameron, Kaden and Kailee Coleman; his brothers, Alan Francois Sr. (Cathy) and Eric Francois Sr. (Demetria); his father-in-law Horace Guidry Sr. (Clara); his siblings-in-law, Horace Guidry Jr. (Felecia) of Houston, Aaron Guidry (Rhonda) of Austin, Texas, Glenda Small and Elizabeth Guidry of Port Arthur, Texas; and his close friends, Graylin Briscoe and Sam "Chuckie" Morris Jr.. He is also survived by thirteen nieces and six nephews; and a host of devoted aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
