She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth C. Lewis. She is survived by: her daughter Tonya Lewis Blanche; her son-in-law Richard Blanche; her grandson Cole Lewis Blanche (Gretchen Blanche); and her great grandchildren, McKenna Grace Blanche, Turner Lewis Blanche and Jaxson Cole Blanche. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
