He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexis Trahan and Alta Romero; his parents-in-law, Leon and Lucille Perrone; and his siblings-in-law, Elton and Irene Gothia.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Trahan; his sons, Leonard Trahan (Darline), Michael Trahan and Tony Trahan (Rhea); his grandsons, Len Trahan (Shelby), Cody Trahan (Kayla) and Dalton Trahan-Barnett; his nephew Nicky Gothia; his nieces, LuAnne Gothia and Barbara Umphrey; and also Vickie DuBose.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Clayton - Thompson Funeral Directors (5200 W Parkway St, Groves, TX 77619).
His career began with the Port Arthur Police Department, where he made significant contributions to public safety.
