He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Howard-Decuire; his sons, Joseph of Port Arthur, Texas and Devin Decuire of Port Arthur, Texas; his siblings, Charles Decuire of Chicago, Illinois, Madilyn Scott (Billy) of Tyler and Joanna Decuir of Port Arthur, Texas; and his stepmother Barbara Wallace-Decuir of Port Arthur, Texas. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and many other family and friends.
