He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Paul Theriot, Sr. and Amy Marie Loncon Theriot; and his siblings, Glenda R. Domec, Evelyn "Sue" Courville, Jerry D. Theriot, Dennis P. Theriot, Jr. and Kim Adrian Theriot.
He is survived by: his son Ricky D. Theriot (Angela) of Vidor; his granddaughters, Kara Theriot of Vidor and Keri Theriot of Vidor; and his siblings, JoAnn Curtice of Port Arthur, Jan Stelly (Mike) of Port Arthur, Terry D. Theriot (Beverly) of Port Arthur and Jay A. Theriot (Sara) of Nederland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
