She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eva Gertrude McRee Roark and Homer Houston Roark; her siblings, Doris Glen Miller of West Monroe and DeWayne Roark (Kitty) of Shreveport; her sons, Ken Durden (Pam) of North Carolina and Carl Durden (Cindy) of Port Neches; her grandchildren, Michelle Durden, Kara Durden, Aaron Durden (Heather), Candace Field (Freeman), Naomi Dvoretsky (Rachel) and Michael Lofton of Monroe; her husband Yancy Harvey Durden, Jr.; and her daughter Debbie Black. She was also cherished by twelve great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
