He is survived by: his daughters, Jerry Gloston of Port Arthur, Cheryl Fontenot of Grand Prairie and Elizabeth Lewis (Jeffery) of Fernandina Beach, Florida; his wife Alice Fontenot; his sisters, Joyce Mae Laday (Dalbert) and Melissa Williams; his grandchildren, Floyd Ray Guidry Jr. (Marisol), Jared Michael Lewis (Shavonne), Jasmen Lewis, Adrienne Guidry (Marcus), Chiquitha Guidry, Jamell Guidry, Sabrina Broussard, Larissa Wiltz and Sandra Hadnot; his great grandchildren, Isaiah Ray Guidry, Mylece Farley, Amira Noel Lewis, Camillia Rose Lewis, Ethan Glass and Jayda Guidry; his great great grandchild Elijah Issac; his daughter Melissa Newcost; and his brother-in-law Dalbert Leday Sr..
