With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rafael Cisneros-Castaneda of Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away on December 29, 2020 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Juana Cisneros; his children, Rafael Jr., Juan, Jorge, Jose, Adolfo, Atma and Maria; and his siblings, Faustino, Luz, Elena and Guadalupe. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
