It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Smith of Port Arthur, Texas, born in Groves, Texas, who passed away on February 4, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vera Estelle Strickland Wilkinson and Arthur Francis Wilkinson; her husband Philmon Lee Smith; and her siblings, David Wilkinson, Charles Wilkinson and Earline Herget.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Smith of Port Arthur, Stephen Terry Smith (Martha) of Vidor, Jeffery Lynn Smith (Anna) of Bridge City, Tracy Allen Smith (Katrina) of Allen, David Gene Smith of Port Arthur and Philmon Lee Smith (Donna) of Port Arthur; and her sister Francis Jernigan of Kirbyville. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
