She was predeceased by: her parents, Othella Graves-Johnson and Joseph Young, Jr.; her son Aristle J. Graves Sr.; and her brother Crail Graves. She is survived by: her family Southeast of Texas; her husband Milton Trass; her children, Waltaneka Graves-Edwards (Vontearr) of Orange, Texas, Quantis Graves, Sr., Madania Graves and Walter White; her stepdaughter Shantell Tiffith-McKenzie (Gary); her sister Elaine Johnson of New Orleans, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Kenneka West, Derrick Williams, Jr., K'Den Papilon of Orange, Texas, Quantis S. Graves, Jr., Knighton A. Graves, Kai Graves of Beaumont, Texas and Aristle J. Graves; her great grandchild Reco Stills, III of Orange, Texas; her nephew Cedric Graves of New Orleans; and her niece Kashama Lankster–Hawkins (Larry) of Slidell. She is also survived by other relatives, extended family and friends.
