With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pamela Jean Livingston of Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away on June 21, 2022 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Bailey and Whitney "Freeman" Livingston; her siblings, Henry Shillow and Alice Livingston; and her sister-in-law Jackie Victor-Briscoe.
She is survived by: her siblings, John Briscoe (Sharon) of Duncanville, TX, Greg Briscoe of Elk Groves, CA, Debra Briscoe of La Marque, TX and Rhonda Livingston of Humble, TX; and her aunts, Lovenia "LouAnna" Livingston of New Iberia, LA and Delores Livingston-Gabriel of Lafayette, LA.. She is also survived by great-nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
