He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Michalk of Port Arthur; his sons, Ronald Michalk (Lorraine) of Groves and Donald Michalk of Groves; his grandchildren, Chad Michalk (Tonya) of Lumberton, Jeremy Michalk (Grace) of Port Neches, Jason Michalk (Keely) of Nederland, Kelley Wueller (Andrew) of Port Neches, Lauren Rodriguez (Josh) of Port Neches, Kevin Michalk (Kelli) of Port Neches, Kayla Meyer (Scott) of Groves and Sarah Gorman (Chris) of Groves; his great grandchildren, Madelyn, Abigail McCullough, Jeremy Michalk, Jr., Jaeger Michalk, Lilly Michalk, Luke, Lexi, Gabe, Ava Wueller, Griffin, Grant Rodriguez, Kaden, McKenna, Kohen Michalk, Jackson, Waylon Meyer, Jadyn, Wesley, Wyatt and Jameson Gorman; and his great great grandchild Maddox Michalk. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
