It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ociel Valencia of Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away on April 19, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Maria Vargas Valencia of Port Arthur and Secundino Valencia; his wife Maria Lopez of Port Arthur; his children, Adan Valencia of Mexico, Raquel Valencia of Mexico, Manuel Valencia of Mexico, Ociel Valencia of Port Arthur, Alejandro Valencia of Port Arthur, Angel Valencia of Port Arthur and Jayden Valencia of Port Arthur; and his siblings, Tina, Martha, Sandra, Lupita, Tela, Lety, Ruven, Santiago, Jesus, Roberto and Bulmaro. He is also survived by three grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
