He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman and Emma Hebert, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Doris Leviege; his children, Delmonte Hebert (Shelia), Devonna Outley (Michael) and Zandar Hebert (Latoya); his siblings, Shirley Moore and Stillman Hebert (Rose); and his niece Kellie Grogan. He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and a host of nephews, nieces, and other loving relatives and friends.
