She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Crochet and Mary Laresa Crochet; her daughter Dee Lane McBroom; and her great grandchild Jaden Cross. She is survived by: her children, Renee Hedges (Martin) of Groves, Chris Tomplait (Donna) of Port Acres and Todd Tomplait (Tammy) of Mauriceville; her grandchildren, Michelle Davis (Eli), Steve Primeaux, Gregg Robbins (Danielle), Lori Robbins, Jason Broussard (Amy), Brandi Yancey (Bryan), Jennifer Hart, Crystal Dubose (Chad), Brandon Tomplait and Derrick Tomplait; and her siblings, Mary Lou Smith (Donnie) and Johnny Crochet (Mary).
Due to Coronavirus-19 we request that friends and relatives practice social distancing while attending Minnie's visitation and service. All guests are required to wear a face mask before entering Melancon's Funeral Home.
