He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wells-Grigsby Smith of Arcola, TX; his daughter Shawn Wright; his granddaughter Aria of Fort Worth, TX; his son JonPaul Smith-Dautrive of Queens, NY; his sisters, Denise Boutte (George), Marcella Lewis (Carl), Stephanie Guidry of Port Arthur, TX and Laurna Guidry-Shaw (Jack) of Venus, TX; his cousins, Rhonda and James Bell; and his uncle Paul Nicholas (Marilyn). He is also survived by extended family, a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
