Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Mateo Capistran of Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away at the age of 5, on November 10, 2020. He is survived by: his parents, Maria Lopez Capistran of Port Arthur and Francisco Mateo Capistran; his grandfather Pigg; and his brothers, Francisco Capistran of Port Arthur and Sebastian Capistran of Port Arthur. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins and many other family members and friends.

Due to COVID-19, everyone is asked to wear masks and practice "Social Distancing" during the visitations, funeral and graveside services.
