She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph "Robert" and Louise Chretien (Joseph Henderson Singleton); her siblings, Viola Landry, Maudry DeShields, Beatrice Creecy, Louise Chretien and Junius "Robert" Chretien; and her nephew Reginald Singleton.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Frugie (Frank) of Beaumont, Diane Strother of Port Arthur, Bernadette Coleman of Port Arthur and Dwain Singleton of Houston. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
