She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Collazo Sr. and Antonia Collazo Sr. (Reyes); and her siblings, Frank Collazo Jr., Richard Collazo, Geronimo "Jerry" Collazo and Manuel Collazo.

She is survived by: her husband Gregorio Flores of Port Arthur; her children, Gregory Flores of Austin, Blanca Mendoza (Corey) of Nederland and Steve Flores (Rebekah) of Port Arthur; her siblings, Jessie Collazo and Mary Jessica "Susie" Villareal; and her grandchildren, KoriAnn Mendoza, Matthew Mendoza, Alex Flores and Tristan Flores.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clayton Thompson Funeral Directors (5200 W Parkway St, Groves, TX 77619). A rosary was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (3648 S/Sgt. Lucian Adams Drive, 61st St, Port Arthur, TX 77642). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (3900 Twin City Highway, Groves, TX 77619).
