He was predeceased by: his wife Sally Marie Howard Waddell; and his parents, James Joseph and Marguerite Imogene. He is survived by: his sons, Bill (Valarie) and Bryan (Rebekah); his grandchildren, Joshua, Abigail, Hannah, Mikayla, Corban, Bryanna and Annalisa Waddell; and his sister Karen Dubose-Fomby.
