He is survived by: his mother Adeline Williams of Port Arthur, TX; his son Andy Williams of Houston, TX; his stepson Michael Melancon; and his siblings, Ronald Williams (Rose) of Port Arthur, TX, Raymond Williams, Jr. (Cheryl) of Port Arthur, TX, Gonzuella Williams (Mary) of Port Arthur, TX, Clifford Williams of Port Arthur, TX, Michael Williams (Pam) of Port Arthur, TX, Melicent Collins (Brian) of Ohio and Susan Dolphine. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and very close family and friends.
