He was predeceased by: his parents, Ricardo Rios and Lydia Vega Rios; his sister Patricia Ann Rios; and his father-in-law Gonzalo Soto. He is survived by: his wife Natalia Rios of Port Arthur; his children, Jenna Rios of Port Arthur and Ray Flores of Austin; and his siblings, Lydia Brady (Mike) of Nederland, Tony Rios (Sharon) of Houston and Richard Rios (Deanna) of Houston. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
