With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maldred M. Chauvin (Port Arthur, Texas), born in Abbeville, Louisiana, who passed away on January 11, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Serge Chauvin and Elvina Theriot Chauvin; his grandson Stephen Chauvin, Jr.; and his siblings, Paul Chauvin, Harry Chauvin, Ella Kennington and Isabelle Hardy.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Chauvin; his children, Deborah C. Robison (John) of Groves, TX, Stephen M. Chauvin (Barbara) of Groves, TX, Marian C. Burt (Randall) of Groves, TX and Philip Chauvin (Erica) of Bridge City, TX; his brother James Chauvin of Abbeville, LA.; his grandchildren, Nicole Chauvin, Catherine Chauvin and Kelsey Burt; and his great grandchildren, Abigail and Violet.
