She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman A. Dill and Hazel Gonzalez Dill. She is survived by: her husband James Troy Halbert, Sr. of Port Arthur; her children, Karla Lief (Richard) of Pflugerville, Texas, James T. Halbert, Jr. (Cheryl) of Plantersville, Wayne Halbert (Lori) of Groves and Mitchell Todd Halbert (DeeAnna) of Groves; and her siblings, Gladys Haynes (Bobby) of Conroe, Ginger Nicklas of Spring, Texas and Norman Dill (Mary) of Honey Island. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
