He is survived by: his parents, Magdaleno Martinez of Eagle Pass and Hilda Guerro of Port Arthur, Texas; his son Luis Martinez, Jr; and his siblings, Jesus Guerro, Luis Cruz, Annette Martinez, Thaily Martinez and Yolain Cruz.
