He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Paul Theriot, Sr. and Amy Marie Loncon Theriot; and his siblings, Glenda R. Domec, Evelyn "Sue" Courville, Jerry D. Theriot and Dennis P. Theriot, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Myers Theriot of Port Arthur; his sons, Cody Adrien Theriot of Port Arthur and Steven Adam Theriot of Port Arthur; his grandson Cooper Adrien Theriot of Mont Belvieu; and his siblings, JoAnn Curtice of Port Arthur, Jan Stelly (Mike) of Port Arthur, Terry D. Theriot (Beverly) of Port Arthur, Richard J. Theriot of Port Arthur and Jay A. Theriot (Sara) of Nederland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
