He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie I. Bryan and Thelma Keller Bryan; his brothers, Curtis, Willis and Jeffrey Bryan; his brother-in-law Roger Smedley; and his son Paul Curtis Bryan.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Hood Bryan of Port Arthur; his children, Vicki Linthicum (Brian) of Groves, Terry Caillier (Ernest) of Groves, Patricia Murdock (Steven) of Beaumont and Benny Bryan of Groves; and his sister Margaret Smedley of Kountze. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
