He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Portier Hargrave and Otis Hargrave. He is survived by: his wife Linda Broussard Hargrave of Fannett; his son Justin Hargrave (Melanie) of Sulphur, Louisiana; his brother Troy Hargrave (Darlene) of Nashville, Tennessee; his grandson Vincent Hargrave; and his stepgrandchildren, Kimberly Kellams, Joseph Kellams, Lynn Melendez-Otero and Sophia Melendez-Otero.
