She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex J. Hayes Sr. and Mamie Ruth Hayes; and her brother Donald Ray Hayes (Mona). She is survived by: her daughters, Starla Beverly (Alfred II) and Ahmel Reed; her siblings, Alex J. Hayes Jr. (Doris) and Vanessa Terrell (late Willie); her grandchildren, Dominique Reed, Alfred Beverly III, Amiyah Beverly and Xavian Parker; and her great grandchild Kaison Reed. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
